After holding three successful cook-offs in Kampala, My Food Network in partnership with Tusker Lite are bringing the fun and exciting ‘Women Vs Men Cook
The daytime event will have women and men battle out to find out who cooks better. Women have led in the past three editions and maybe this Jinja edition will have the men break the dominance, maybe.

The judgment, we can reliably confirm, will be on originality, use of the availed ingredients, presentation, and taste of the dishes. Also, the judges who will comprise sponsors and a professional chef will blindly taste the dishes so as to rule out any credibility issues.
“We will also have two other battles in-between the main competition rounds; City To City where a couples from Jinja will tussle it out with couples from Kampala, and the Four Stone challenge where four restaurants in Jinja will put up their best chef each for a cooking competition. There will also be a children’s section with bouncing castles and kids’ games,” added Moses when asked about the other engaging activities come this Saturday.
Just like in the previous editions, the first one in Kyanja and the other two at The Gardens in Najeera, no one leaves empty-handed as there is meat offered by Loyal Cuts, chicken from YoKuku, Coca-Cola and Tusker Lite products and giveaways, and ShellGas cylinders and refill vouchers among other prizes.
To participate, there will be registration at Pit Stop Sports Lounge on Saturday before the event kicks off.
