The Aya Bass Concert; John Blaq is coming home this November

- 29th Nov - Freedom City, Kampala
- 30th Niv - Trans Africa, Jinja
- 1st Dec - Agip Motel, Mbarara
Come Saturday 30th November 2019, John Blaq will come home to entertain his fans at his maiden concert. The concert named ‘Aya Bass Concert’ after his signature line will happen in Kampala, Jinja and Mbarara on 29th November in Kampala at Freedom City, 30th November in Jinja at Trans Africa, and 1st December in Mbarara at Agip Motel.
Born John Kasadha, John Blaq broke into the limelight early in 2018 with Romantic in January and followed it up with Sweet Love, a collaboration featuring Vinka in June. His very first song Tombawala wasn’t well received and isn’t much known. His husky muffled voice and catchy music have won him both love and attention from music consumers making him the most booked musician in Uganda at the moment.
Come 29th November 2019, John Blaq will host and entertain his fans at his first concert since he joined the Ugandan music industry. With almost all his songs enjoying massive rotation and popularity, this concert will be a worthy celebration.

Isn’t it too early for a concert?
“Realistically, we have given thought to the notion that it might be early to have this concert but the truth is, there is no best time to do anything. John (Blaq) had a good start in 2018 and has so far had a fabulous 2019 with good music. The fans love him, radio and TV stations appreciated his music. Revellers in nightspots are dancing to his music. We have to celebrate this seeing that not many people get appreciated in just two years. We want to thank and celebrate with you,” said Ryan Sitenda, a top John Blaq Management Team member.
KT Events, the concert organizers and promoters have promised a production that will have all the musicians featured on John Blaq’s songs. The cover charge to the Jinja concert on 30th November will be UGX10,000 for general tickets, UGX20,000 for VIP tickets, and UGX300,000 for table reservations.
