Reports reaching Skizar indicate that after a 6-months wait, the ‘school boys’ have finally been cleared by the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) to rebrand to Busoga United Football Club.

Sources from inside say the move is aimed at changing the way fans perceive the team. It is on record that fans see the team as a school team and as thus, Busoga United FC is expected to bring out the picture of a bigger club; the power house of Busoga Region.
