Aggrey Madoi joins Wakiso Giants FC

After getting booked for tests and failing to impress for two stints at Vipers SC, former Jinja Municipal Council Hippos left back Aggrey Madoi has found a new home at Wakiso Giants FC.

Madoi left Jinja in the 2016/17 transfer window for Vipers SC. At Vipers, he played for one season and was loaned to Police FC from where he regained his form, something that enabled him to represent Uganda Cranes in the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN).

After CHAN 2018, he was brought back at St Mary’s stadium but the promotion of captain Aziz Kayondo to the senior team, the presence of Yayo Lutimba, plus the versatility of Geoffrey Wasswa forced Madoi down the pecking order until he was relieved of his duties in January.
